This application, its source code, designs, copy, data models, ROI calculators, clinical workflows, and supporting materials (collectively, the “Materials”) are the confidential and proprietary work product of Fireline Care Transitions. © 2026 Fireline Care Transitions. All rights reserved.
1. Permitted use
Access is granted solely to the intended recipient for the purpose of evaluating a prospective pilot or commercial relationship with Fireline Care Transitions. Any other use requires prior written consent.
2. Prohibited conduct
- No copying, redistribution, public posting, or republication of the Materials.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction of content or data.
- No use of the Materials to train machine-learning models.
- No removal of confidentiality, copyright, or attribution notices.
- No sharing of access credentials or preview links outside the recipient organization.
3. Confidentiality
The Materials are provided in confidence. Recipient agrees to protect them with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information, and in no event less than reasonable care. Disclosure to any third party requires Fireline Care Transitions's prior written consent.
4. Pilot data
Patient, hospital, financial, and outcomes data shown during the pilot may include representative records for testing. Nothing in this application constitutes clinical, legal, billing, or financial advice.
5. Intellectual property
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand elements (including “Fireline Care Transitions”) are the property of Fireline Care Transitions. No license is granted by access to this application.
6. No warranty
The Materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Fireline Care Transitions disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
